Impressions

I found these etchings that I made in graduate school the other day (while searching for something else). I feel very lucky to have learned from a master who not only taught me how to hand wipe (a technique that seems to be fading away out of fear), but was as compulsive about consistency and fine craftsmanship as I am.

Here’s the version that I preferred. However, the one published required a bright background to fit into the magazine’s layout.
